Village Hall Extension – Phase 2

Section 106 money, from the Otium Lakes development, has now become available and the Village Hall Committee is looking to move ahead with the second phase of the extension. This involves the building being extended to the front to accommodate: a new lounge meeting area, kitchen/bar and Green room. Building control documents are being drawn up by the architect and once these have been produced detailed costings will be obtained.
