Village Hall

Pluckley Village Hall (registered Charity number 302818) is located on Station Road, (TN27 0QZ) about a mile from the village centre. It features a good sized garden at the back suitable for a marquee, with attractive views across the Kent countryside and is a comfortable hall for holding a variety of events and family gatherings. It is regularly hired for children’s parties and indoor winter play sessions.  We now have Wi-Fi available to all hirers.

The present hall was built in 1960, refurbished in 2011 and extended, (for the second time) in 2018, providing a new entrance hall and much improved toilet facilities. The hall has ramped access to the main entrance and is now fully accessible to all.

Regular events include gardening shows, exhibitions and fairs, quiz nights, pantomime, craft workshops, Parish Council meetings, Pilates, Yoga, Use it or Lose it, and Zumba Gold classes.

Tables, chairs, and crockery are all included in the hire of the hall.

Hall Hire Pricing from 1st October 2023 is as follows;

1. Hourly Rates for events finishing before 10pm – any day

2. Children’s (U12)Parties – rate for up to 5 hours finishing before 6.00pm

3. Evening Party/Disco – rate for 5pm to 12.00 midnight

(Music cut-off 11.45pm)

4. Wedding Package – 1pm the day before to 1pm the following day.
